All consultations are conducted remotely via video call (Zoom, Google Meet, or WhatsApp Video). We are based in Rwanda and serve clients across DRC, Rwanda, francophone Africa, and Europe. No travel required — this keeps our services affordable and response times fast.
We specialise in OHADA/SYSCOHADA Révisé (2017) for francophone African entities, and IFRS for international groups, investors, and NGOs. We also have experience with local GAAP adaptations in DRC and Rwanda, and cross-border multi-currency reporting in USD and CDF.
We primarily serve businesses in the DRC (Goma, Kinshasa, Lubumbashi, Bukavu), Rwanda, Cameroon, and other OHADA member states. We also serve international organisations, NGOs, and diaspora-owned businesses from Europe. Sectors: security, NGOs, SMEs, manufacturing, trading, and professional services.
